About the role
Provide instruction of preschool students under the supervision of the Preschool Director, including small groups, large groups, and individual instruction to at risk, special needs and typically developing children.Responsibilities
- Support classroom activities and lesson plans
- Assist teachers in managing classroom behavior
- Supervise students during outdoor play and other activities
- Implement classroom management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers on differentiated instruction
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
