About the role
The Preschool Associate Teacher will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 3-5 years old.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities
- Assist in daily classroom management and supervision
- Support the development of social skills and emotional intelligence in students
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and other educators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Training certificate
- Experience working with children in a preschool setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
