Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.
What We Need From You
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
- Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) OR a degree in the field

About the Role
The Assistant Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy. They maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class and communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.
