Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Interested in childcare but don’t have all the credentials yet? That doesn’t have to stop you. We have a limited number of entry-level Aide positions for candidates who are ready to learn and work toward becoming PATCH qualified. You’ll have access to:

What You’ll Do
As a Preschool or Toddler Aide, you’ll be part of the team creating a classroom where keiki feel safe, supported, and excited to come each day. You’ll help:
- Engage children in art, music, stories, sensory play, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Encourage communication, independence, curiosity, and confidence
- Comfort children through tough moments and celebrate their accomplishments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Keep classrooms clean, organized, safe, and ready for learning

What You Need To Get Started
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- A genuine interest in working with young children
- Dependability, patience, and a willingness to learn
- No professional childcare experience yet? We have a limited number of entry-level opportunities available for candidates who can work toward PATCH qualification.
