Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities
• Ensure safety for all participants
• Work with prewritten lesson plans and videos
• Provide an experience where every child is an athlete
• Create healthy habits at a young age
• Teach life skills
• Increase youth activity

Requirements

• Loves working with young children
• Passionate about their development
• Flexibility preferred
• Transportation required due to location of classes
• Typically works 5 to 25 classes a week (depending on availability, performance and preference)
• Each class runs from 30 to 60 minutes

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)
• No soccer experience needed

Skills

• Passion for working with children
• Ability to create a positive learning environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
