Presales Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Presales Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $163,640 – $227,280 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct pre-sales activities and develop technical presentations Lead technical and product sales, guiding customers in using the company’s APIs effectively Establish trust with senior leadership by addressing customer technical challenges through innovative solutions Design and present engaging product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Identify organizational needs and propose strategic solutions based on critical evaluations Share knowledge within the Presales Engineering community, developing reusable materials Mentor junior Presales Engineers and potentially lead team initiatives Present at industry and internal events to showcase expertise Qualifications 12+ years of pre-sales experience with complex technical products or 12+ years of customer-facing delivery/consulting experience Excellent communicator and presenter with a strong ability to convey ROI across diverse use cases Deep understanding of customer communication needs to guide them towards technical solutions Proven history of customer engagement, supporting both product sales and technology communication Exceptional technical proficiency with influence on strategy direction Superior written and verbal communication skills to articulate strategic vision effectively at all levels Customer-focused problem solver, balancing innovative solutions with customer interests Experience in cloud platforms and understanding telecom, SIP, and related technologies Benefits Competitive pay and generous time off Ample parental and wellness leave options Comprehensive healthcare coverage Retirement savings plan Additional benefits vary by location Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
