Presale Club Associate

About the Role

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Presale Associates for a new location in Burleson that is currently in the presale phase and not yet open. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the team from the beginning and help set the tone for a successful Grand Opening. Crunch combines serious exercise with fun by fusing fitness and entertainment while pioneering a No Judgments philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Create quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand
• Produce leads in the community during conversations to support future sales
• Execute action items to help get the gym off to the right start, including social media and handing out flyers
• Support the management team in presale events to spread awareness in the surrounding area, such as on-sites, 1-day cyber sale events, BBQs, and the grand opening party
• Showcase strong integrity when interacting with the community, obtaining quality leads from those interested in potentially joining
