Presale Club Associate

About the role

Pre-Sale Associates are needed for the NEW Viera location of Crunch Fitness. Join one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the industry and help build excitement and grow membership before a new club opens!

Responsibilities

• Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand.
• Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
• Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
• Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and grand opening parties.
• Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.

• Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example.
• Effective communicator—both in person and online.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Willing to walk and work outdoors extended periods daily.
• Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
