Preroll Technician

About the role

This role is all about accuracy, cleanliness, and hustle — with plenty of teamwork and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Cook with weights and measures in both standard and metric systems
• Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Restock packaging and assembly materials
• Operate and maintain weighing, labeling, and packaging equipment
• Support quality control and compliance processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or a combination of education and experience)
• Basic math skills and high attention to detail
• Familiarity with cannabis products and general industry knowledge
• Able to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure
• A team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
