Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for motivated Preppers/Sub Assemblers to join our Nashville team. The ideal candidate works great on a team, has superior communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Preppers work closely with technicians to support production flow.
Responsibilities
- Complete prep tasks assigned by Prep Lead
- Assist with staging and organizing products
- Organize tools and prep area
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Support high priority on production critical prep work
- Support rework or corrections identified during QC
- Gather product and materials for upcoming vehicles
- Communicate issues and missing components with Prep Lead
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with vehicle parts and accessories – a plus
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Attention to details and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Four 10-hour shifts
