Prepared Foods FOH - Plum Market

About the role

Join the Prepared Foods team as a Front of House (FOH) Team Member and support the daily operations of the Prepared Foods Department. You’ll deliver exceptional Customer Service, keep the department clean and well-stocked, and ensure a visually appealing showcase of fresh, high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all Customers in the Prepared Foods Department.
• Prepare and replenish the Prepared Foods showcase with fresh, properly rotated items.
• Assemble sandwiches and pizzas following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, full, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Follow proper rotation, labeling, and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general departmental cleaning.
• Communicate clearly with Customers, Team Members, Store Leadership, and the Director Group.
• Support fellow Team Members in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Adhere to all Plum Market policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.

Requirements

• Passion for natural, organic, and high-quality food.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and product presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
