Duties And Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and prepare materials, components, and parts required for shipment according to work orders and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and components, including tracking quantities, identifying shortages, and restocking as needed.
• Inspect materials and components for quality and compliance with specifications, reporting any issues or discrepancies.
• Create prepackaged kits by accurately counting and packaging materials and components.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of kit assembly, including documentation of quantities.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that required kits are available when needed, minimizing production delays.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in kit assembly.

• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to do a final check of parts leaving the building

Qualifications

• Must be able to rotate to other positions when needed
• Must have previous manufacturing/warehouse experience (preferred)
• Must have basic computer navigation skills

Pay

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
