PREP COOK (FULL TIME)

About the role

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking immediate full-time PREP COOK positions at our location at Fidelity Denver - 6501 South Fiddlers Green Cir, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Further details will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Serves customers at multiple stations using approved food recipes and production standards.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Previous 1 year of prep cooking experience required.

Pay

$21.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Schedule
