A Prep Cook at Texas Roadhouse prepares made-from-scratch food to legendary standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow daily prep sheets
• Prepare food according to Texas Roadhouse legendary recipes
• Keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintain and properly use kitchen equipment
• Follow food storage and rotation procedures
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibit teamwork in all tasks
