About the role

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Prep Cook to join their Parkhurst Dining team. The position offers opportunities for learning and growth within a family-owned and operated company with a strong commitment to its Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional culinary techniques and procedures
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following company procedures and recipes
• Rotate refrigerated products and dry good products in accordance with company-approved policies and procedures, always using the FIFO method
• Maintain the proper temperatures for all foods and coolers and freezers
• Wrap, label, date, and store all food items properly to maintain freshness and quality under strict sanitary guidelines

Requirements

• Standing and/or walking – 100% of time
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds
• Frequently lifting up to and over 20 pounds

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $16 - $18 / hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

We are accepting all applications, but we are looking for candidates who can work 7:00AM to 3:00PM.
