A DAY IN THE LIFE

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, casual food environment and you’re ready to work hard, we would love to have you join our team. Our Prep/Back of House position is the perfect way to start (or continue) your career and gain valuable experience in customer and food service. Our ideal candidate is friendly, flexible, and ready to collaborate and work alongside other team members to prepare food and maintain a tidy work area and kitchen; all while meeting company standards and following operational procedures.

• Preparing food
• Washing dishes
• Knowing proper handling of food and kitchen policies
• Other required and necessary duties to keep the operation running smoothly

Some kitchen/restaurant experience is preferred, but we are happy to train eager candidates that are ready to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver's license

Restaurant experience preferred

Early Availability

• Usually 6:00 am start time

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Required to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly)
• Ascend and descend stairs
• Sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Bend, stoop and kneel
• May be required to work outside in various weather conditions
• May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms
• May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes
• Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
• Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
• Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions
• Natural and regular stressors occur on the job
