Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling entrees
- Ensure that prepped food upholds quality standards and is in the requested quantity
- Ensure that items for service are prepared safely and correctly
- Perform proper food portioning and minimize waste
- Maintain sanitation standards by providing proper care, cleaning, and storage of equipment/utensils
- Sweep and mop floors
- Provide trash removal
- Auxiliary kitchen setup and breakdown duties
Requirements
- Prior experience in kitchen and food prep is required
- Basic knife skills
- Basic vegetable preparation and meat fabrication
Qualifications
- Classical culinary training preferred
- Excellent knife skills

- Varying hours based on operating hours and business demand
- Shift starts at 6:00 am
