We are currently seeking a full time Prep Cook. Major Responsibilities Include Prepare recipes and batch items according to Harry's standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area/stationFollow all safety and sanitation practicesComplete other duties as assigned by manager on duty Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year of food preparation experience requiredExperience with quantity food preparation preferredGeneral knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesAbility to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.Stable work history.
