Prep Basketball Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Train elite scoring, playmaking, post play, and defensive strategy.
• Teach advanced schemes including press, zone, and pick-and-roll offense.
• Prepare athletes for showcases, exposure events, and top competition.
• Support highlight tapes, player profiles, and college communication.
• Build a culture of accountability, preparation, discipline, and humility.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with prep, AAU, high school, or college-level players.
• Understands college recruiting and exposure pathways.
• Can develop advanced players without skipping character standards.
• Strong organizer, communicator, and program leader.
