Premium Services Attendant

Responsibilities

• Lead guests with guided tours throughout the park while sharing your knowledge and facts of the park, expedite meals and ride access, and character meet and greets.
• Host and entertain guests in the VIP Lounge, with the ability to deliver an elevated experience.
• Rent strollers, wheelchairs, and electronic controlled vehicles, cleaning each item before and after each use, while ensuring the rental and operating procedures are explained.
• Assist guests purchase and understand how to use the Fast Lane system.
• Support a clean and safe retail space for all guests to enjoy.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• TABC and Food Handling Certification, provided and paid for by the park
• Prominent level of enthusiasm and involvement
• Able to actively communicate with large groups of guests
• Be available to work flexible hours including weekends and most holidays
• Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking
• Able to operate a Point of Sale register
