Premium Runner | Part-Time | Allegiant Stadium

About the role

The Premium Runner is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and supporting the suites and front-line service associates. The role pays an hourly rate of $15.94-$19.92 and is tip eligible (per CBA). The position remains open until August 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively to ensure the overall successful operation of the department.
• Takes direction from the suites manager or suites supervisor for game day responsibilities.
• Participates in the pre-game huddles.
• Serves as a resource for guest requests, questions, or concerns.
• Assists with pre-game day preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team with all associates, management, and stadium departments.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to service standards.
• Ability to complete all required training sessions.
• Ability to work accurately, courteously, and with a sense of urgency in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and pull heavy objects as needed.
• Ability to frequently walk long distances while pulling/pushing a cart, hot box, or speed rack.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
• May be exposed to large crowds and confined areas.
• Frequently working in a window-less environment.
• Ability to obtain and possess a valid SNHD food handling card, alcohol awareness, or equivalent.

Schedule

The role involves an event-driven schedule, including nights and weekends per business needs.
