Premium Mental Health Associate - Night Shift

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall milieu management and safety of patient and staff in the unit.

Collaborate effectively with Unit Nurse Managers (UNMs), Registered Nurse (RNs) and Mental Health Associates (MHAs).

About the role

The Mental Health Associate (MHA) works diligently and compassionately to provide patients and their families with high-quality care and service excellence across a continuum of specialized behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• College student who have obtained or are pursuing their degree in behavioral health, psychology, or human services are preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Impeccable Judgment & professionalism
• Able to maintain composure in a crisis situation
