Premium Manager - Kansas City Current

About the role

The Premium Manager at Kansas City Current is responsible for in-house catering facilities, managing daily operations, coordinating function activities, and overseeing catering equipment maintenance and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all premium and catering services exceed guest expectations
• Successfully presents Levy/PSC premium and catering services to guests
• Communicates client's needs through timely and detailed written and verbal communications
• Develops location-specific food and wine knowledge
• Holds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
• Supports and communicates Company initiatives
• Executes all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Catering in accordance with Levy standards
• Supports revenue development
• Prepares account forecasts and analysis of group sales
• Ensures the complete billing for client services and receipt of payments
• Uses performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
• Conducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members
• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
• High level of computer literacy
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
