Premium Hospitality Bartender – Legion Field

About the role

Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Premium Hospitality Bartenders to join our team at Legion Field. This role is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service within premium hospitality spaces, including suites, clubs, and VIP areas, while creating an elevated experience for every guest. Whether you're serving guests during a football game, concert, or special event, you'll play an important role in delivering first-class hospitality through professional service, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Premium Beverage Service
  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Verify guest identification and comply with all local and state alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation throughout each event
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every guest
• Premium Hospitality Operations
  • Set up, stock, and organize premium bar stations before each event
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage stations throughout service
  • Restock products, ice, garnishes, and supplies as needed
  • Assist with closing procedures, cleanup, and equipment storage following each event
• Guest Experience
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality within premium seating areas, suites, and clubs
  • Build positive relationships through professional and attentive service
  • Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Represent Greenawalt Hospitality with professionalism at all times
• Teamwork & Event Support
  • Work collaboratively with Hospitality Bar Leads, Event Managers, and fellow bartenders
  • Support overall event operations and assist teammates during high-volume service periods
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed
  • Adapt to changing event needs while maintaining excellent service
• Professional Standards & Compliance
  • Complete all required company onboarding and training programs
  • Obtain and maintain ServSafe Alcohol Certification (company facilitated)
  • Follow all venue policies, company procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, accountability, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Available to work Legion Field events, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Reliable access to phone, text messaging, and email communications

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in stadiums, clubs, restaurants, hotels, or entertainment venues
• Previous experience serving guests in premium hospitality environments is a plus
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service

Pay

$12.00 per hour, plus tips and gratuity opportunities. Travel and mileage reimbursement may be available for select events.
