About the role

We are hiring Premium Event Staff with multiple openings. This position offers weekly pay, no experience needed, and flexible scheduling based on your personal availability. It's a perfect side job for students, parents, or anyone looking to boost their income.

• Collecting tickets
• Welcoming and ushering guests
• Providing superior customer service
• Directing foot traffic
• Ensuring cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allows appropriate entry into each venue; may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
• Initiates a genuine, friendly, and personal greeting to guests as they arrive and a sincere thank you upon completion of each interaction.
• Provides guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Interacts with guests using a smile, natural speaking voice, friendly tone, and natural inflection.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Must be professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Pay

$15/hr.

Schedule

• Flexible shifts – evenings & weekends available
• Part-time flexible scheduling under 30 hours/week
