Premium Clubs Supervisor - University of Colorado

Job Summary

Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.

Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.

Maintains marketing by monitoring signage to ensure it is current and appropriate.

Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.

Logs and maintains food temperatures.

Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facilities and equipment.

Serves food and beverages to guests.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be available for all CU home football games as well as days in advance for game day setup.

Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
