About the role

As a Premier Client Advisor within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop financial plans, and grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business. You will own the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals to internal partners. The role involves business development, client networking, and maintaining strong client relationships to grow loyalty and share of wallet.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on investment and insurance strategies, presenting sound financial recommendations and guidance.
  • Develop and implement financial plans based on client needs and objectives, monitoring and adjusting as needed.
  • Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
  • Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities and drive results.
  • Lead branch teams in partnership with Private Client Bankers to achieve investment goals.
  • Regularly communicate with branch managers and internal partners to review business results and pipeline management.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for lead and referral follow-up.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate customer focus, risk management, and alignment with PNC’s values and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service).
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
  • Life and Health Insurance license required.
  • PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Pay

Base Salary: $57,750.00 – $96,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
