Responsibilities

• Manage and address the banking needs of complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients through proactive outreach.
• Convert referrals, leads, and outbound prospects to deepen and retain client relationships.
• Engage in client outreach via phone, email, and appointments, conducting needs-based conversations and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent client service, escalate issues when necessary, and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate loan applications and closings, maintaining an active NMLS registration.
• Collaborate with partners like Wealth Financial Advisors for joint pipeline reviews and client interactions.
• Coach bank staff on articulating the Premier program's value and making Premier referrals.
• Implement and adhere to the Client Identification Program (CIP) and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years financial/banking experience
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) completion preferred
• Licenses: Life & Health license preferred, NMLS registration upon hire
• Consultative sales experience required

Qualifications

• Understanding of retail and small business banking
• Experience with mass affluent and high net worth clients
• Active NMLS registration upon hire
• Ability to maintain an active registration with NMLS
