About the role
The Premier Banker role is dedicated to servicing complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients. This role focuses on managing and addressing banking needs through a proactive, advice-based approach.
Responsibilities
- Grows, deepens, and retains client relationships by delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice.
- Manages and addresses banking needs of mass affluent clients through needs-based conversations and solution suggestions.
- Engages in client outreach via phone, email, and appointments to meet with clients and coordinate introductions/interactions with appropriate partners.
- Escalates banking related issues/risks appropriately and adheres to relevant policies and procedures.
- Facilitates loan application intake and maintains an active NMLS registration status.
- Works collaboratively with partners to deepen relationships and prepare for future client interactions.
- Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to bank staff on effective methods to articulate the program's value and make Premier referrals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years financial/banking experience
- Successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE)
- Lifetime Life & Health license preferred
- Experience with retail and small business banking
- Understanding and experience with loan products
- Active NMLS registration status upon hire
- Consultative sales experience required
Qualifications

$27.75 - $41.50 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
