About the role
The Premier Banker is an experienced banker responsible for servicing a complex client portfolio of mass affluent clients. This role involves managing the complete banking relationship of these clients and connecting them with specialists to meet all their financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Grow, deepen, and retain client relationships by delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice, and differentiating with a personalized, connected experience.
- Manage and address the banking needs of mass affluent clients through proactive outreach and needs-based conversations.
- Convert referrals, leads, and outbound prospects to acquire new clients.
- Engage in client outreach via phone, email, appointments, and other means, and regularly meet with clients to review and analyze financial information.
- Provide excellent client service, escalate banking related issues/risks when necessary, and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
- Facilitate loan applications and closings, maintaining an active NMLS registration status.
- Partner with Wealth Financial Advisors for warm referrals and joint pipeline meetings.
- Coach and provide feedback to bank staff on effective methods to articulate the Premier program's value and make Premier referrals.
- Understand and comply with regulations, TD policies, and procedures, and implement the Client Identification Program (CIP).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years financial/banking experience
- Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) completion preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- Experience with retail and small business banking
- Understanding and experience with loan products
- Active NMLS registration status upon hire
- Consultative sales experience required
Qualifications

$27.75 - $41.50 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
