About the role

The Premier Banker role is dedicated to servicing complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients. This role involves managing these clients' banking relationships and connecting them with specialists to meet all their financial needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and address banking needs of mass affluent clients through proactive outreach and advice-based approach.
  • Convert referrals, leads, and prospects to deepen and retain client relationships.
  • Engage in client outreach and conduct needs-based conversations to review and analyze financial information.
  • Deliver excellent client service, escalate issues when necessary, and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate loan applications and loan closings, maintaining an active NMLS registration status.
  • Collaborate with partners like Wealth Financial Advisors for joint pipeline reviews and client interactions.
  • Coach bank staff on effective methods to articulate the Premier program's value and make Premier referrals.
  • Understand and comply with regulations, policies, and procedures, and implement the Client Identification Program (CIP).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of financial/banking experience.
  • Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) completion preferred.
  • Licenses: Life & Health license preferred, NMLS registration upon hire.
  • Consultative sales experience required.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail and small business banking.
  • Experience interacting with Mass Affluent and high net worth clients.
  • Active NMLS registration status upon hire.
  • Ability to maintain an active registration status with NMLS.

Skills

  • Proficiency in banking and credit products, offerings, and processes.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to understand and educate clients on current promotions and campaigns.
  • Strong relationship building and selling skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay

$25.75 - $38.50 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
