About the role

The Premier Banker role is dedicated to servicing complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients. This role is responsible for managing these clients' banking relationships and connecting them with specialists to meet all their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and address banking needs of mass affluent clients through proactive outreach and advice-based approach
• Convert referrals, leads, and prospects to deepen and retain client relationships
• Engage in client outreach and conduct needs-based conversations to review and analyze financial information
• Deliver excellent client service, escalate issues when necessary, and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate loan applications, prepare documents, and conduct loan closings
• Understand and comply with regulations, TD Bank & TD Wealth policies, and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years financial/banking experience
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) completion preferred
• Licenses: Life & Health license preferred, NMLS registration upon hire
• Consultative sales experience required

Qualifications

• Understanding of retail and small business banking
• Experience with mass affluent and high net worth clients
• Active NMLS registration upon hire

• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to articulate the program's value and make Premier referrals
• Strong relationship building and selling skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

$27.75 - $41.50 USD per hour
