PreK Instructor

About the role

A PreK Instructor leads exceptional classes, teaching children aged 3-5 years old using The Little Gym Curriculum and Music. Classes are taught based on a proven curriculum and teaching method, with the instructor receiving training.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (instructors receive training).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week!

Requirements

• Loves having fun and playing like a child.
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.
• Likes to serve and make others feel good.
• Kids really like the candidate, and their parents like them too.

Qualifications

• Confident in leading classes and engaging with children.
• Willingness to adapt and have fun while maintaining professionalism.

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Enthusiasm for working with young children.
