Pregnancy & Birth Doula (California)
About Loula
With a network of over 500 experienced and diverse doulas, Loula is building the leading provider network for birth and postpartum doula care. We partner with both Medicaid and commercial health insurance plans to make it easier for doulas to accept health insurance without the administrative burden. Loula offers full-service support for Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment to doulas in California. By taking on the operational complexity, Loula empowers doulas to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. We believe every birthing person deserves access to high-quality doula support, not just those who can afford to pay out of pocket. Our mission is to help doulas build thriving practices while making it possible for insured families to access the care they deserve.
