Essential Responsibilities

  • Organizing and providing oversight to internal and external meetings including project meetings, forums/workshops, and conferences
  • Develop, write, and edit scientific and technical documents, including workshop reports and scientific manuscripts for publication
  • Identification, collection and organization of all available information on alternative toxicological assays including literature and internet searches of public access databases
  • Evaluation of statistical data
  • Presenting information in public forums
  • Supporting commercial safety assessment projects

Education

  • Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: B.S. in a related scientific field (preferably toxicology) or M.S. in a related scientific field (preferably toxicology)

Experience

  • 4+ years in scientific writing and editing (preferably toxicology)
  • 1+ years in scientific writing and editing (preferably toxicology)

Working Environment

  • Hybrid in office/from home
  • Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work may be required
  • Occasional travel required
