About the role

You won’t just be replacing displays—you’ll be saving devices and making people’s days better. You’ll repair everything from mobiles to notebooks and assist customers with a smile and helpful advice.

Responsibilities

• Hardware repairs (LCDs, batteries, connectors, components)
• Software adjustments, installations, and data backups
• Customer communication and accessory sales
• Operating the cash register and inventory system
• Collaborating with a supportive team that values humor

Requirements

• Technical skills and comfort working with tools, Android/iOS systems
• Experience with mobile or notebook repair is an advantage
• Independence, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide guidance
• Reliability and a knack for sales
• Bonus: Experience with rooting, jailbreaking, or curiosity about how things work

Qualifications

• High school diploma (with matriculation)
• Higher vocational or university education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) is acceptable
• Suitable for graduates
