About the role
Sletten Companies are looking for a well-rounded, experienced Architect, Engineer, or Construction professional interested in working on a variety of projects out of the Las Vegas office for an established national construction firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction collaboration, scheduling, design and constructability reviews, and value engineering
- Coordinate with Marketing to prepare RFQ/RFP responses and team interviews
- Aid in the development of conceptual through final estimates
- Aid in bidding and subcontractor outreach
Qualifications
- Three (3) years’ professional experience in an AEC firm or similar
- Licensed professional Architect, Engineer, or Engineer in Training
- Experience with Alternative Delivery methods
Additional Considerations
- AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks experience
- Microsoft Project or P6 Scheduling skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well developed organizational and time management skills
