About the role

The Pre-construction Manager has primary responsibility for the SBU's pre-construction activities. They champion "The Layton Way" by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers. They ensure "Constructing with Integrity" is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Interface with marketing to ensure consideration of all relevant information, issues, and brand name recognition.
