About the role
The role of Preconstruction Manager involves overseeing the preconstruction phase of construction projects, ensuring that all aspects are planned and executed efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of preconstruction plans and strategies
- Manage relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present project proposals and budgets
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of preconstruction tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preconstruction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
