Responsibilities
- Manage buyout processes for subcontracted project activities
- Create comprehensive project cost estimates and presentation materials
- Prepare detailed bid instructions and solicitation packages
- Analyze contractor bids for scope, schedule, and cost alignment
- Cook up cross-functional feedback for procurement compliance
- Lead value engineering sessions with project and design teams
- Collect and present performance data to guide contractor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in construction or related fields
- Strong understanding of construction cost factors and unit costs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in team settings
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and bid evaluation processes
