Preconstruction Manager
About the role
Take the lead on complex healthcare projects before they ever break ground. We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to guide healthcare and life sciences projects from conceptual design through budgeting, scheduling, constructability, GMP development, and final handoff to project teams. This highly visible role will work directly with owners, architects, design partners, and internal teams to shape project strategy, protect budgets, and turn early concepts into executable construction plans. The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial construction professional with strong preconstruction and estimating expertise, the confidence to lead client-facing conversations and the ability to manage multiple negotiated projects simultaneously. Healthcare experience and Pacific Northwest relationships are highly valued, but strong candidates from comparable commercial, institutional or life sciences environments will also be considered.
