Preconstruction Director

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Alston Construction" which is company description. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About Alston Construction (company description) – could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading suggestion, but we have company description. Could we use "About the role" heading for the job summary? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if appropriate. We need to map content. We have: - Job Summary: description of responsibilities (preconstruction director). That's like Responsibilities. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: detailed list of duties (Estimating, Sales, Other, Safety, Personal). That's also responsibilities. - Education, Experience, And Licensing/Certifications: qualifications. - Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required: skills. - Physical Requirements: maybe could be part of Qualifications? Not a standard heading but could be included under Qualifications? But we have only allowed headings list; we could still include a heading like "Physical Requirements" if we want, but instruction says use those examples but not limited? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we can use those headings; but we could also use other headings if needed? Safer to stick to those. However we have content that doesn't fit exactly: Physical Requirements, Work Environment. Could we fold them into Qualifications or Responsibilities? Probably better to create a section "Requirements" for physical requirements and work environment? Or "Qualifications" for education/experience/licensing, and "Skills" for knowledge, skills, abilities. Physical requirements could be part of "Requirements". Work environment maybe also part of "Requirements". Benefits: we have benefits described in the company description paragraph: "Our top tier benefits package includes ..." That's benefits. So we can have a Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly (though mentions willingness to work extended hours, flexible schedules, evenings, weekends, travel). That's schedule info but not explicit pay or schedule. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits is stated, so we can include Benefits. Schedule is not explicitly stated as a schedule (like full-time, part-time, shift). It mentions willingness to work extended hours and flexible schedules, but not a defined schedule. Might be considered schedule info but ambiguous. Safer to not create a Schedule section unless explicit. We could include schedule info under Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably better to include under Requirements as "Willingness to work extended hours and flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends; willingness to travel." That's a requirement. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe we can use "About the role" for the job summary? Actually the job summary is a brief description of role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that. - Responsibilities: we can combine Essential Duties And Responsibilities (including Estimating, Sales, Other, Safety, Personal). Could be a list. - Qualifications: Education, Experience, Licensing/Certifications. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required. - Benefits: benefits list. We might also include a short paragraph for company description (About Alston Construction) maybe as a preamble before sections? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The company description is not a heading but could be a

before sections. It's substantive info about the company. We'll include it as a

before headings. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement at end: "Alston Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Remove. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. Company description paragraph: "About Alston Construction Alston Construction Company is a nationwide general contractor, with more than 20 offices coast to coast. For over 35 years we have delivered on our promises to our employees, clients, and business partners. We offer extremely competitive salaries, a superb benefits package, and a great place to work! In addition to routinely receiving awards for our projects and safety performance, we have also received numerous “Best Places to Work” awards! We look for passionate construction professionals who share our core values, to include: commitment, integrity, teamwork, and respect. As our CEO, Paul Little, says “In order to be successful at Alston Construction, you must enjoy seeing success in others.” If this sounds like you and what you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!" We can keep that as a paragraph. Job Summary paragraph: "Job Summary: Responsible for assisting management in the general business operations of the company by the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. In addition, the Preconstruction Director will assist with business development and may also be responsible for the mentoring, development, and training of other Preconstruction or Estimating staff. The overall goal of the Preconstruction Director is to provide a thorough, accurate, and competitive proposal that will result in the award of a profitable project." We'll put that under About the role maybe. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: It's a long list with subheadings: Estimating, Sales, Other, Safety, Personal. Also includes "This position will also require performance of the following duties: Participate in applicable corporate meetings and forums. Other duties as assigned." We need to turn duties into

    • . We'll need to capture each bullet point. The original text uses sentences; we can break them into list items. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list each duty as separate
    • . Might be many; but we can group under subheadings? The instruction says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid headings inside list? Probably we can have headings (

?) but not specified. Safer to just make a flat list of duties. However that may lose grouping but still preserve all info. We could also keep subheadings as

inside the list? Not sure. The instruction only mentions using

for section headings; doesn't forbid other headings. But to be safe, we can keep the subheadings as or just plain text within
      • . But we need to preserve the info; we can include the subheading as part of the
      • text. Thus we will create a
          with each duty as
        • . We'll need to parse the text. Let's extract duties: From "Essential Duties And Responsibilities The Preconstruction Director will be primarily involved with performing the following duties and responsibilities.
