About the role
As a Precision Press Brake Setup Technician at Sintel Manufacturing, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brakes to manufacture various metal components. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that production meets quality standards.Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brakes to bend and form metal sheets and plates.
- Adjust and maintain press brake machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate parts accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve production processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using press brake machinery and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with metalworking processes and materials.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and basic CAD software.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and safety practices.
