Responsibilities
- Lead development of clinical biomarker strategies for early and late-stage programs
- Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional product evidence generation teams
- Manage biomarker elements for clinical protocols, regulatory submissions, and publications
- Collaborate with sub-teams to implement clinical biomarker strategies and vendor management
- Interpret and communicate clinical biomarker findings to diverse stakeholders
- Establish collaborations with academic labs and key opinion leaders
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in bioscience or related field or equivalent advanced degree with 5+ years of industry experience
- Strong expertise in rare illnesses, autoimmunity, inflammation, cell biology, and genomics
- Proven experience in developing and executing clinical biomarker strategies
- Excellent communication skills for technical reports and presentations
- Experience with managing biomarker platforms, assay development, and CRO collaborations
- Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional, global team setting
