What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and multi-modal healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for clinical decision support, research, and precision medicine initiatives
- Evaluate and improve how AI systems reason about genomic and clinical data — identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities to enhance accuracy and clinical relevance
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific integrity
- Clearly communicate findings and data narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply domain knowledge to assess and annotate AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics, research, or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments — working alongside clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical settings
- Detail-oriented and rigorous in your approach to data quality and scientific accuracy
- Self-motivated and dependable when working independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with bioinformatics pipelines, EHR systems, or clinical trial data structures
- Background in translational research, computational biology, or health informatics
- Experience communicating complex scientific findings to non-specialist audiences
