Who You Are

• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into actionable insights
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in technical or regulated environments
• A sharp analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between raw data and real-world clinical meaning
• Self-directed, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, EHR systems, or clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, OMOP)
• Background in translational research, precision oncology, or population health analytics
• Experience working with or evaluating large language models (LLMs) in scientific contexts
