Precision Measurement Equipment Calibrator

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, calibration, diagnostics, and repair of Electronic Measurement Equipment, Electro-Mechanical Equipment, and Mechanical Test Systems.
• Apply a comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic principles.
• Operate electronic principles related to equipment integrated with other devices and complicated by multi-component assemblies and devices with intricate functional relationships.
• Utilize electronic circuits to measure electronic or electrical quantities to determine the performance characteristics and accuracy of other instruments and equipment.
• Judge the impact of repairs on related integrated devices and perform further adjustments and alignments.
• Create and execute a complete operation testing program for a system or product for a weapons system or combat system.
