Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Wire EDM and/or Sinker EDM equipment
- Machine and repair precision components to tight tolerances
- Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Inspect completed components using precision measuring equipment
- Complete required quality documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Wire EDM and/or Sinker EDM experience
- Experience machining stainless steel, Inconel, hardened steels, or specialty alloys
- Able to read blueprints and work to close tolerances
- Power generation or nuclear experience preferred
Pay
Approximately $60/hour (DOE)
Schedule
Must be available to report approximately one week prior for onboarding and site access
