This role is part of our ET/UT product line and plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality products by supporting precision assembly operations in a collaborative and quality-driven production environment.

What you’ll do

  • Interpret engineering drawings and technical guidelines.
  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
  • Identify and use parts and tools required in the assembling process.
  • Align with company procedures and directives.
  • Test finished products for defects.
  • Maintain tools used to create products.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or other detail-oriented work using hand tools.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to assemble small, intricate components with precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment is considered an asset. We value transferable skills, different career paths, and learning agility.
