This role is part of our ET/UT product line and plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality products by supporting precision assembly operations in a collaborative and quality-driven production environment.

What you’ll do
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical guidelines.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Identify and use parts and tools required in the assembling process.
- Align with company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Maintain tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or other detail-oriented work using hand tools.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to assemble small, intricate components with precision.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment is considered an asset. We value transferable skills, different career paths, and learning agility.
