Precast Operator- 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Manufacture quality product
• Create batches
• Load, pack, and unload production in a safe manner
• Perform general duties as assigned
• Operate air tools
• Work in a confined-space environment and at floor level
• Ship finished product as needed and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use grinder, scraper, and other industrial tools
• Operate overhead cranes (preferred)

Requirements

• Self-motivated, hard-working, dependable, with a “get the job done” attitude
• Team player who enjoys working with their hands
• Ability to perform manual labor, including standing, squatting, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity to pick up, handle, and manipulate parts and materials quickly and accurately
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or construction (preferred)
• Good math skills and basic metrology knowledge
• Excellent work ethic and attendance record
• Safety-oriented and detail-focused
• Attention to detail and precision in tasks
